Zia Haider Rahman is a writer who has lived and worked in a number of countries, as an investment banker, human rights lawyer, corporate lawyer, anti-corruption activist and carpenter. He was born in rural Bangladesh and educated at Oxford, Cambridge, Yale and Munich universities.
